Tag & Category System for Organized Notes & Subgroups

Can this digital pen support a category-based tagging system where main categories like @Spiritual, @Self/Family, @Career, @Social house sub-tags for better organization? Example:

• @Self/Family → #shopping, #buylater, #workout, #stretchAM

• @Social → #MeetUp [date] [auto-recurring if not checked]

• @Career → #yelp, #yelptodo

Also Auto Reminders default & auto-reminders+ for like birthdays etc or wedding from the to-do list cross sync with iCloud Reminders & Calendars, differentiate between [Event/Reminder]

This would allow structured sorting within folders, creating a seamless way to track and organize notes. Also, would an Undo button be possible?
